St. Edward’s Workforce Development Center
In October 2015, Catholic Charities, in collaboration with National Center for Institutions and Alternatives (NCIA), formed a partnership to create a new General Services/Automotive Technician program. The goal of the program is to inspire hope and increase self-sufficiency for people in need, as well as bridge the gap in rising unemployment throughout the city.
Housed in St. Edward’s Church in Baltimore, our goal is to assist program participants job readiness skills, wrap-around services to address barriers and job placement assistance.
