Recent college graduates join Project SERVE and dedicate a year to full-time volunteerism while living in a small intentional community. Each Project SERVE volunteer works in one Catholic Charities program for 12 months. Our programs highly value their SERVE volunteers and look forward to the start of a new cohort each August. Many of our Project SERVE volunteers return later to become Catholic Charities employees.

Charlotte Adinolfi, from Cheshire, CT, is a graduate of Fairfield University, where she majored in English and Journalism, and minored in Peace and Justice Studies. She will be working on projects in volunteer services at St. Vincent’s Villa.

Tavia-Simone Bascuine, of Stratford, CT, is also a graduate of Fairfield University, who majored in Sociology and Anthropology, and minored in Mathematics. She will be working at My Sister’s Place Lodge assisting with case management.

Sara Fowler, from Pasadena, MD, has a degree from Dickinson College, with a Political Science major and a Spanish Language minor. She will be working at the Esperanza Center, mostly assisting with ESL classes.

Rachel Libros, of Melrose Park, PA, is a graduate of Goucher College with a major in Peace Studies. She will be working at Sarah’s House assisting with case management.

Brandon Williams, from Glen Burnie, MD, graduated from Towson University with a major in Psychology and Sociology. He will be working at Our Daily Bread doing volunteer coordination.
