Work4Success
Work4Success program is an intensive two-week employment preparation program open to clients of Our Daily Bread Employment Center, St. Edward’s Workforce Development Center, My Sister’s Place Women’s Center, Sarah’s House and Anna’s House.

To help raise your level of professionalism to new heights and prepare you to be truly competitive in the workforce as a Work4Success participant, you must:
- Attend all ten classes, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (lunch is provided)
- Meet all class standards
We invite you to participate in our highly successful Work4Success program. As a participant in this rigorous training program, you will receive (at no cost):
- Job readiness training – even if you’ve been looking for a job, we can help you make your job search faster and more efficient. Let our experts teach you how to conduct a successful job search that leads you to a job you really want.
- Job placement assistance – we don’t just teach you how to look for a job; our placement assistance service helps put you in touch with employers who are looking for candidates like you.
- Case management services
As a graduate of the ten-day training program, you will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to work with our dedicated staff of placement managers. They will assist you to find and to retain a good job.
To further assist our Work4Success graduates, we can provide:
- Bus tokens for travel to interviews
- Business attire
