En 2013 Esperanza Center celebró sus 50 años de servicio en Baltimore. Esperanza Center trabaja con el objetivo de proveer servicios sociales, de salud, clases de inglés, y servicios legales a la comunidad inmigrante.  En un día común y corriente en Esperanza Center hay mucho movimiento. El año pasado, el personal de servicio al cliente de Esperanza Center recibió y atendió a más de 2,209 personas en el área de información en el primer piso.  Personal y voluntarios enseñan inglés, computación y clases de ciudadanía en un gran salón en el primer piso. En el segundo piso, nuestro personal de medicina y odontología ofrecen servicios de salud primaria y servicios dentales a adultos y a niños. En el tercer piso, nuestro personal legal asesora y representa individuos que se encuentran en un estatus de cambio legal de inmigración.
