On June 15, Sarah’s House, our emergency and rapid rehousing program in Anne Arundel County, hosted its key partners from the county and state to discuss the current challenges facing families who are experiencing homelessness, how we can strengthen our relationships and build new contacts to better serve those in need. The session was held as a result of Housing and Urban Development funding and programmatic changes. The presentation and discussion encouraged feedback from its supporting partners including the Department of Social Services, AACounty Mental Health Agency, AACounty Department of Social Services, Arundel Community Development Services, AACounty Public Schools, and HCAAC-Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County.
