Dr. Robert “Bob” Freedland has been a volunteer consultant for Gallagher Services for some time. He has been instrumental in supporting Gallagher Services strategic planning. Bob was recognized at the Maryland Association of Community Services (MACs) Annual Meeting/Volunteer Awards on June 21st for his dedication to Gallagher Services and his commitment to people with intellectual disabilities.
