Former Esperanza Center client Williams Guevara Martinez and Esperanza pro bono attorney Scott Rose were interviewed by W. Kamau Bell for an episode of United Shades of America, focusing on the experience of immigrants to the U.S. and the backlash that immigration has created among some American. Williams now has permanent legal status, attends school and works full-time. Watch the episode here
