Have you ever wanted to taste-test food from more than 30 of the best Baltimore-area restaurants while supporting a great cause? Join Catholic Charities at the 26th annual A Taste of Maryland.
A Taste of Maryland takes place on Saturday, March 4, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the B&O Railroad Museum, located at 901 W. Pratt St. in Baltimore. Free parking is available.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Our Daily Bread Employment Center, a Catholic Charities of Baltimore program that provides people in need with meals, case management, job training and a host of other vital services.
“A Taste of Maryland is a fantastic event that not only showcases some of the best food in the Baltimore area, but also raises crucial funds to support the work of Our Daily Bread Employment Center,” said Bill McCarthy, executive director of Catholic Charities of Baltimore. “We are so grateful to the restaurants and the chefs who donate their time, energy and tremendous cuisine to make this evening very special, and through their efforts help to feed the 700 people who come through the doors of Our Daily Bread every single day.”
Tickets for A Taste of Maryland are $200, and are available online at cc-md.org/tasteofmd. $150 of the ticket price is tax-deductible.
